Job Description:

Key responsibilitie s (specific to S4 HANA):


Work with relevant IT, Process Owner organization and various stakeholders to deliver projects across FCDD related to control framework design changes driven by process or system changes / upgrades, digital transformation, remediations, migrations etc.
Perform Technical Validation around system changes / upgrades, digital tools implementation / transformation, etc. in obtaining assurance that the relevant IT element impacting a Financial Control is working as intended and is fit for purpose in effectively addressing risk objectives focusing on System and IT Dependent Manual Controls.
Build and apply a combination of ERP, end to end process and Technical knowledge and for a specified workstream in order to assess control impact to Financial Control over changes in the technical elements
Apply technical working knowledge across ERPs (e.g., different SAP S4 modules, tables and configuration) and broad IT General Control knowledge in combination with risk-based mindset and process understanding to ensure that the design of a System and IT Dependent Manual Control is maintained and is working as intended.
Support some Finance Operations assurance activities primarily on Process (LoD1) and Shell Internal Audit & External Audit (LoD3) queries.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration preferred
At least 4-5 years of work experience in a similar or related role
Strong SAP/ERP knowledge
Strong audit background
Strong knowledge in risk management and IT controls
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Innovative and open minded


Work Shift:

Mid Shift (2:00PM - 11:00PM)
