SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Analyst

The Opportunity
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking an SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Analyst who will report directly to the Senior Manager of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting. This role will assist in the Company's external financial reporting process, including quarterly and annual reporting, and other financial reporting as required.
Your Role
Assist in the Company’s external financial reporting process, including quarterly and annual reporting (Form 10-Q and Form 10-Q), other SEC filings (e.g. Form S-8, Form 8-K) and other financial reporting as required.
Prepare and maintain supporting schedules and documentation for SEC filings.
Assist with and perform certain stock reporting functions, including SEC filings, forecasting, data integrity and other transactions as necessary.
Assist with equity-related accounting and forecasting (equity roll forward, stock-based compensation expense, EPS, etc.).
Assist in drafting technical and accounting memos required as part of our quarterly and annual financial reporting to senior management and our external auditors. Interface effectively with numerous individuals both inside and outside the Company, including the external auditors, to address and resolve accounting issues.
Assist in the Company’s SOX compliance efforts for areas of responsibility.
Assist with ad-hoc requests and technical accounting research as needed.
Assist with review of XBRL for SEC filings.
What You'll Bring
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
CPA or CPA equivalent candidate required
At least 2 years of relevant experience from public accounting with experience auditing public companies
Detailed and results oriented and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to establish credibility based on knowledge of technical accounting subject matter areas with internal management and external auditors
Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively with a variety of personalities
Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC regulations
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Equity Edge, NetSuite, and ActiveDisclosure experience preferred

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $73,600 and $147,600/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
