The Team
The European Central Retail Merchandising Team supports the Local Markets in seasonal planning, Collection assortment building and product alignment. The teams role is to support, guide and coordinate the PVH Full Price Retail business to create the Brands vision in Stores, as well as to connect all regional markets and Teams with HQ and secure Global and European strategies and initiatives are rolled out across Europe. Working with Collection Merchandising to foster a Retail culture, the Team makes sure the needs of the markets are heard in order to drive sales and create an inspirational brand & shopping experience.

The Position

The Calvin Klein Full Price O&O Retail team is seeking a highly motivated Merchandiser to join the team at the HQ in Amsterdam.

As Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for overseeing the buying and merchandising of the Womenswear business, collaborating & coordinating with the local buying teams across Europe to optimize performance while following the fashion direction of the CK brand.

The Retail Merchandiser is a cross functional partner to European teams & HQ stakeholders, with the aim of aligning the overall PVH RETAIL strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the creation of aligned CK Womenswear Retail assortments collaborating with market Buyers and in partnership with Ecommerce team to foster an aligned DTC strategy.

• Be the voice for O&O retail and give relevant feedback when collaborating with Collection Merchandising team & Style department during collection development.

• Develop and execute strategies utilizing knowledge based on analysis of business, product sales performance, store KPIs and market research.

• Foster strong internal relationships with cross-functional partners including visual merchandising & store design, marketing, retail operations and planning.

• Acts as expert on competition and industry trends.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous minimum 3-4 years experience in a relevant role within the Industry

• Team player, can-do mentality, willing to learn & embrace change

• Hard-worker, flexible, multitasking, solution-oriented, ability to prioritize

• Command of MS office, Adobe Creative Suite, other Retail specific software a plus

• Enthusiast and willing to take on as CK Brand Ambassador.
