Responsibilities
Responsible for accounting entries, payables, and general accounting duties
Review General Ledger to confirm accurate coding
Assist in closing entries for financial statements
Reconcile Prepaids and accruals monthly
Make journal entries
Save support and confirm documentation for closing
Record incoming wires as needed
Update accounts receivable statements and tie to general ledger
Audit billing process with contract review
Prepare and issue monthly invoices
Reconcile treasury accounts
Issuing 1099s
Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
8 years of progressive accounting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong time management and organizational skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
General Ledger experience required
Must understand debits, credits, prepaid accounts, and have strong accounts receivable or treasury experience
