****You've seen a ton of job descriptions, but you've never seen one like this because what we're really looking for between the lines here is for entrepreneurs who want to start their own business someday, no matter what the industry or idea, as long as it is not directly competitive with the company, and we will be your seed funding. We want to invest in our best people and help them accomplish their dreams.
Our founder, who began his career at Dell (badge #244) and Oracle, has started and sold several tier 1 venture and angel backed businesses in both tech and finance. He's been helping mentor other entrepreneurs for years and in 2012 volunteered to start and run the 5th StartUp Grind Chapter (they now have 300 in 110 countries). Over 20 of his former hires have gone on to start businesses with multiple exits ranging from multiple software companies, a VC firm, a broker/dealer investment firm to even a trucking business started by a Harvard MBA! (who is also an investor in NiceLeads) In fact, our founder has been at Dell, Oracle, Dallas Semiconductor, started ServiceLane (Sold NYSE:OC) and Annandale Capital, a $1.2b investment firm, and has investors from all five companies. He values relationships.

Skills
(no newbies. We're looking for at least 5 years of experience and prefer 10 )
The more you have experience with these, the better:
Xero
Carta administration
Monthly financial reporting
Prep Board of director packages
ADP experience in multiple states
Periodically tending to healthcare program issues
Coordinate with CPA on tax matters
State workforce commission and any other items needed to comply with state regulations in CA, TX, NJ, and other states
Expense report tracking / Amex / Visa / Mastercard

Our team has extensive experience starting and selling SaaS based startups and we've raised $6.5mm from top tier investors like HNVR (a pre seed fund that works with Andreessen Horowitz, Accel, Bessemer, Sequoia, and others) Kayne Anderson out of LA (a $30b private equity firm), Rick Scanlon co-founder of Endeavor Ventures with Eric Schmidt. Erik Anderson, the Vice Chairman of Callaway / Topgolf. Joe Popolo, the former CEO of Freeman (largest event business in the world) was an early seed investor and numerous private investors including Joe Forehand, former CEO and Chairman of Accenture, who was the founding investor in Tom Siebel along with Vice President Al Gore's family.
