Aon is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Office of the President As part of an industry-leading team, you will help clients make better decisions by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of the Office of the President.  Your impact as a Senior Program Manager, Office of the President The Senior Program Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of initiatives on behalf of the Office of the President. The position directly manages a diverse range of projects and processes—including events and change initiatives—that enable targeted business outcomes tied to the annual plan, Aon United Blueprint and firmwide operating model. In addition to the direct management of individual projects, the Program Manager manages the Aon United Program Management Office (PMO) as a forum for collaboration among leaders and project managers responsible for assuring the successful execution of initiatives across firm such as the Aon United Blueprint, Aon Operating Model and the Growth Ladder.
