Addison Group is seeking a Sr. Accountant for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our client based in San Antonio, Texas. Please reach out to us today to discuss this opportunity!
Responsibilities:
Maintain financial records, reports, and general ledger accounts
Respond to external and internal inquiries
Apply accounting principles to prepare financial reports
Prepare journal entries, analyses, and inventory reconciliations
Perform month end close
Analyze and prepare monthly budget and forecast
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge and experience with Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong knowledge and understanding of GAAP
