The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience, the ability to meet strict time-sensitive deadlines, a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.What Youu2019ll Do: Process USA and Canada semi-monthly payroll for 700 employees Work with 3rd party vendors to process various benefit fundings Ensure compliance with DOL and Tax agencies in the payroll arena Respond to Human Resources, key stakeholders, and employees to assist in resolving payroll related requests Work with Payroll Manager to continue developing, maintaining, and improving payroll processes, employment tax processes, and internal controls to preserve the quality, efficiency and overall effectiveness of all payroll functions while ensuring regulatory compliance.What You Need to Succeed 5 years of multi-state payroll experience Attention to detail with demonstrated organizational skills and accuracy High-tech industry experience preferred, but not required Ability to work collaboratively across different departments Exhibits pride of ownership and sets and adheres to uncompromising quality standards for deliverables Experience with various Payroll platforms, including ADPu2019s Workforce nowAdditional Skills That Could Set You Apart: CPP certification desired but not required Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with Canadian Payroll Why you should click u2018Applyu2019: Growth!
