Job description:
Title: Collections Specialist-Fully remote
This is a high volume collections role where each collector is making 45-50 dials a day.
Requirements:
2 years of collections experience
Comfortable making outbound calls and being measured based on DSO anew touches.
Must have the ability to learn the systems (Great Plains Collections Management Tool)
Communication skills are important - email and on the phone
Time management skills!
Hours: M-F 8:30-5:00
Must be comfortable working in a warehouse
