Accountant Retail Accounting PVH BJ

Profile

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

• Be in charge of the daily accounting treatment for shop in shop including but not limited to: check the sales are reconciled with department stores, issue VAT invoice, AR collection etc.
• Be in charge of the accounting treatment and daily support for free standing store including but not limited: revenue/bank reconciliation, tax issues
• Process the expense payment timely
• Handle and prepare relevant monthly/quarterly/yearly closing reports
• PRC and US GAAP adjustment
• Assist to internal and external audit
• Familiar with SAP is preferable
• Support Manager on any ad hoc job and project

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:   

• At least 3 years hands-on experience, preferably in the retail industry.

Skills:

• Strong project and time management skills; ability to plan tasks and timetable in advance, manage and coordinate timetable with multiple countries and business units; timely follow up with countries to ensure all reporting deadlines are met.
• Influential and effective communicator

Education:  

• Bachelor’s degree, major in Finance and accounting
