Montana Digital Academy (MTDA
invites applications for an
Assistant Program Manager
to oversee the day-today operations, resources, and strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Under the supervision of the Business Manager, the Assistant Program Manager is an integral part of the management and operation of MTDA.
Required Skills
Ability to problem solve, multi-task and work quickly and efficiently among frequent interruptions.
Ability to develop, implement, and improve systems to manage critical staff functions like travel and hosting events.
Ability to work with other team members to develop efficient workflows for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
High capacity to organize, prioritize, pay attention to detail, solve problems and make decisions with almost complete autonomy and with proper treatment of confidential and sensitive information.
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
Skill and experience working with cloud-based productivity tools like Google Workplace and Microsoft Office 365.
Demonstrated skill in the use of standard office equipment ( i.e. computer, printers, copiers, fax machine, and multi-line phone system) with the ability to learn and operate new equipment and software systems.
Minimum Required Experience
High School diploma and related experience or certificates.
Preferred Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree in education, business management, accounting, non-profit administration, office management, project management, communication studies, or similar course of study.
