Job Details:
SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for supervising all accounting personnel related to live operations functions. Other duties include: supervising clerks to make sure that all weekly accounting activities are performed; activities will involve scale house accounting, payroll activity, broiler/breeder pay inventories, profit/ loss reporting and month-end general ledger accounting; tracking; CIR preparation and tracking; audit activities; other analysis as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor s degree in an academic field directly related to the position; Accounting degree preferred; 12 hours minimum accounting required.
Experience: 1 plus years experience.
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills; Microsoft Office Excel and Word. Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
Supervisory: Responsible for supervising management support Team Members.
Travel: Minimal.
