Description

The Value-Based Programs Financial Analyst supports successful value-based provider relationships with a focus on improving the provider experience and achieving path-to-value goals. The Value-Based Programs Financial Analyst work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. Additionally, the Analyst understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas to include, but not limited to: Market Finance and Network Contracting

Responsibilities

Update, maintain, and review fee scheduling and pricing structures

Thoroughly review provider contracts and ensure rates are priced and applied accurately

Identify process recommendations and ensure compliance with government regulations

Collaborate and communicate with internal partners of all professional levels within various departments

Analyze provider financial patterns and trends

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum of 1 year of experience reviewing and analyzing documents and/or contracts

Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in deadline-driven environments

Strong attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across multiple levels

Preferred Qualifications

Access knowledge

Accounting or finance experience

Experience in healthcare or wellness solutions industry

SQL experience
