Billing Specialist - Hartford Office

Profile

We have an opening for an experienced Billing Specialist, resident in our Hartford office. The successful candidate will review drafted bills for accuracy, post billing, mail hard copies and prepare bills as necessary.  As a member of the billing department, the candidate will work in a team environment with a focus on both internal and external customers.  

An Associates’ Degree or equivalent, as well as 3 to 5 years of experience with billing, electronic billing, accounting and administration are required. Excellent computer skills with a focus of time and billing software strongly recommended. The successful candidate will have proficient knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and Word. The ability to work independently and perform well under pressure, multi-task daily, and meet all deadlines is required.  Qualified candidates must have excellent communication and organization skills and demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail on work performed.
