The role
As an experienced Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and duties of the Accounting department; as well as, working with clients, attorneys, and staff at all levels. Ideally, you will be comfortable with implementing process improvements and refining best practices.
The Individual
As the ideal candidate, you will have the following skills and experiences:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
·
Experience doing general ledger analysis, monthly financial reporting, expense reporting, property tax reporting, annual census reporting, understanding payroll, and responding to different survey requests.
·
Real-world experience working with Microsoft Suite, Aderant, automated payroll systems, and timesheets.
·
A hands-on management approach.
·
5 years of Accounting experience.
Location: 5 days onsite until 90-day probation, then optional 1 day per week remote (Century City).
Salary: $115k - $130k base plus excellent package on offer including insurance and performance-related bonuses. The base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors.
