Duties
Responsible
for Fixed Asset Depreciation Maintenance (FAS)
Responsible
for daily bank account review
Perform
purchase of Cash Reserve & funding of Operating Account
Process
all wires and maintain wire book
Liaison
between Finance Department and The Bank
Process
monthly journal entries
Assist
in preparation of Partner Payments
Maintain
Capital Accounts
Process
monthly audit of expense reports
Backup
to Escrow Accounts
Assist
with year-end audit as necessary
Assist
with year-end financial budget as necessary
Apply
accounting knowledge on special assignments
Requirements
2-3 years
related experience
Bachelor’s
degree in Accounting or Finance
Advanced
Excel Skills
Excellent
communication and organizational skills
Knowledge
of Elite financial software
Strong
analytical/problem-solving skills
Must present
professionalism, flexibility and a teamwork attitude
Willing
to work overtime
