The Senior Corporate Accountant is responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting activities. In this role. you will report to the Controller and oversee the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial statements and reports, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and provide guidance and support to other members of the finance team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and anomalies, and provide actionable insights to management for making informed business decisions.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and prepares financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial projections to help management in making decisions and developing strategic plans.
Coordinate audit activities with external auditors, and work with internal auditors to ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
Report to the Controller providing regular updates on financial performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in accounting software systems
