TAX ACCOUNTANT/AUDITOR

We are a public accounting firm that has been providing quality tax, auditing and accounting to our clients for decades. We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Certified Public Accountant or CPA candidate to develop strong, lasting relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be experienced with tax preparation for individual, corporate and partnership tax returns and auditing profit and non-profit companies, as well as, governmental entities. If you have prior experience in these areas, we would love the opportunity to speak with you regarding this fantastic opportunity.
Tax Preparation:
Prepare tax returns for individual, corporate, partnership, non-profit and fiduciary tax returns
Advise clients on tax deductions, tax planning, and other tax-related issues
Represent clients with IRS, State or other audits
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and
exceptional service
Auditing:
Plan effective auditing processes
Audit financial records for accuracy and regulatory compliance
Inspect internal systems and controls
Assess risk management tactics
Prepare audited financial statements
Explain audit findings and recommend solutions
Requirements:
CPA certification or CPA candidate required
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
2 years’ experience in tax preparation and auditing
In-depth tax knowledge at the local, state and federal levels
Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to clients
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
