Job Description ISN Corporation is seeking a junior to mid-level Pricing and Business Development Analyst to assume responsibility for a variety of cost volume, estimating, and pricing activities as well as support the identification of business opportunities, research to inform strategies for success, and management of relationships with customers, partners, and potential new business associates. This is a fast-paced position requiring attention to detail, demonstrated problem solving skills, ability to multi-task and thrive in a deadline-driven environment, and a willingness to work extended hours as needed to finish the job and see a proposal through to completion.
* Will provide coordination for functional participation in the development of cost volumes, and will lead the effort to produce cost volume deliverables. This will involve close communication with Contracts,Procurement, Program Office & Capture Management, Finance and Technical Estimators.
* Ability to analyze an RFP, identify questions for submittal, and advise Proposal Team of unique requirements.
* Ability to support the Pricing effort associated with the requirements of an RFP.
* Preferred knowledge of pricing tools, templates, and have the ability to quickly model business cases and develop strategic RFP responses.
* Perform market analysis and review of available opportunities to assess their attractiveness and reasonableness
* Assist in the development of strategic business plans to promote growth and extension into new and existing verticals
* Perform marketing calls and communications with Contracting Officers, clients and partners to better understand business trends
* Perform capture activities including specific research, communication, networking, develops Qualification and Compliance Matrices; and performs analysis and documentation development to support Bid/No Bid Reviews and other activities associated with development of capture information
* Supports Proposal Development efforts in the areas of: identification of Key Personnel or Subject Matter Experts; development of graphs and tables; content development and integration; and performs compliance and analysis to support Response Review process.
Qualifications * Interest in the business industry and business development strategies with a desire to partake in the growth and management of a Federal contractor
* Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in an area emphasizing quantitative analysis methods, with 1-5 years' experience in a related area.
* Experience with federal government contract pricing analysis preferred.
* Must be proficient with math, advanced finance principles and desktop applications (ie - MS Office Suite, especially MS Word & MS Excel).
* Experience in Cost Volume and Proposal Development preferred. A demonstrated ability to understand customer requirements, to apply contracting principles, and to produce high quality proposals.
* Superior verbal and written communication skills.
* High-quality interpersonal skills and ability to develop rapport and professional relationships with a wide range of people.
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of work duties.
* Proficiency with industry software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Office programs.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Experience with business development resources (to include Federal Business Opportunities, GovWin IQ, GSA e-Buy, FPDS, etc.) a plus.
* Experience with CRM tools and strategies a plus.
* Experience with creating professional graphics a plus.
